Staff was friendly, and the heated pool was a hit with the kids. Breakfast had long lines, and the elevators were super slow during peak times.

Location is fantastic, just a short walk to many attractions. The evening reception with free drinks is a nice perk. Check-in took a long time, around 20 minutes. The breakfast area got very crowded and had long lines. Rooms could use some soundproofing. decent stay.

The indoor swimming pool was a blast—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring! Breakfast was delicious, and the super friendly staff made us feel right at home. Our suite was comfy and quiet, an ideal retreat for our adventures.

Couldn't recommend more! ❤️✨

Comfortable beds, clean room with friendly front desk staff that made check-in and check-out fast and hassle-free during my stay.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Our room was a letdown—stuffy and outdated, with dirty linens and a broken A/C. The noise from an infant kept us up for hours, and I had to wrestle with housekeeping just to get extra towels.

The breakfast buffet is a feast for champions! The happy hour snacks really hit the spot, and the view from my window was Instagram-worthy.

I was surprised by the mess that lingered outside my room for too long.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night's sleep. The room was spacious, with a nice separation between the bedroom and living area, which was great for families. I noticed the sofa had visible stains, which detracted from the overall impression. Temperature control was easy to manage, and the refrigerator and microwave were handy for leftovers. Unfortunately, there were cleanliness issues; the shower had hair in it, and the fridge appeared dirty. With a little attention to these details, the comfort level could be significantly improved.

Great breakfast and 24-hour security. Luggage storage awkward, elevators slow.

Embassy Suites By Hilton Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile boasts an excellent location, just a short stroll to the Chicago Marathon start line. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the staff went above and beyond by allowing a quick post-race shower. Truly appreciated!

During my stay, I found myself just a short stroll away from amazing sights like the Cloud Gate and the Art Institute of Chicago, making it so easy to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city while walking along the streets, with the stunning views of the Navy Pier and the River also conveniently close by, plus the hotel itself had friendly staff and spacious rooms with handy amenities like a fridge and microwave; however, the gift shop was often closed and could use some more variety in snacks.

The food was divine; the Executive Chef truly knows how to tantalize taste buds with local flavors. the garden venue was a refreshing oasis. Free breakfast and late check-out were lifesavers. The hotel's posh vibe made me feel like royalty!

Just what I needed, a blanket straight from the previous guest's Cheetos party.

Breakfast offered a delightful variety, especially the made-to-order eggs; my kids devoured the pancakes and bacon. The location was unbeatable for exploring nearby attractions, and having Whole Foods across the street was a bonus. long lines at check-in and for the evening reception took away from the experience, especially with only two staff on duty. Our room had issues, from broken towel hooks to a shower head that sprayed everywhere; it felt neglected.

Great location. Whole Foods, Planet Fitness, and bike rentals right across the street. Enjoyed the view of Trump Tower. Breakfast? Decent, but chaotic. Staff was pleasant but lacked clear communication. The room was spacious and comfortable, yet basic amenities felt lacking. Wi-Fi issues without a membership were frustrating. Housekeeping kept the room tidy, a highlight amidst other shortcomings. The pool area was unkempt. Ironing board needed attention. Check-in was problematic with unfriendly reception. I met a helpful staff member upon check-out. Breakfast rush made it hard to find a seat, and service was thin. Potential, but significant room for improvement. A mixed experience unable to fully deliver on Hilton standards.

Great spot for families with a pool my kids loved. Rooms are spacious with a nice living area and comfy beds.

A bit pricey, but worth it for the experience.

Breakfast was decent, and the complimentary alcoholic drink with snacks was a nice touch during my xmas stay. The key location near various attractions was convenient. Additionally, the accommodating staff made my experience a bit better.

The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar with evidence of throw, up and pee in different areas. The noise level from neighbors was disruptive, and the AC did not cool the room adequately.

Connected to River Center East: watch movies, bowl, dine.

My wife says that an indoor playground is missing.

I chose Embassy Suites solely for its proximity to the Museum of Contemporary Art, and I was pleasantly surprised by the evening reception from 5:30PM-7PM. I also loved the use of herbs from the indoor Sky Garden in the dishes and drinks, and the convenient location near the Navy Pier and Michigan Avenue.

Delayed response to electrical issue.

First off, I have to say, the ironing facilities in the room were pretty convenient. It's always nice to have that option available, especially when you want to look your best. On the downside, I did notice that the heating and air conditioning in the room were a bit inconsistent. One minute it was too warm, and the next it was too cold. It would've been great to have a bit more control over the temperature. I was pleasantly surprised by the tea and coffee facilities in the room. It's such a small detail, but having that available in the morning made starting the day off right even easier. The sitting area in the room was cozy, and I enjoyed relaxing there after a long day of exploring the city. I wish there had been a terrace or balcony to enjoy some fresh air and city views. As for the free toiletries provided, they were a nice touch. Who doesn't love coming back to a fully stocked bathroom with everything you need? I also appreciated the am/fm alarm clock in the room. It may seem old-fashioned, but it was handy for ensuring I woke up on time for my plans. On the flip side, I did notice that the dry cleaning service was a bit slow. I had hoped for a quicker turnaround time, especially for items I needed for specific occasions. Housekeeping did a decent job overall, but I did find a few areas that could have used some extra attention. It would be great if they could be a bit more thorough in their cleaning routine. The shops/commercial services available on-site were convenient for grabbing any essentials I may have forgotten to pack. It's always nice to have those options available without having to venture too far. Lastly, I have to mention the happy hour. It was a fantastic way to unwind after a busy day and mingle with other guests. The complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch and added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. my stay at Embassy Suites had its highs and lows, but I left with mostly positive impressions. I hope these insights help you decide if it's the right fit for your next trip! .

Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room had fantastic views of both the lake and the city, and we even got to enjoy fireworks from the Navy Pier. The pool area was spotless, and my kids had a blast swimming all weekend. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and perfect for hungry teenagers.

The food prices were a bit steep, and the breakfast line could get a bit long. Figuring out the parking situation was a bit confusing at first.

Connected to River Center East – cinema, bowling, food galore! Party central, epic views, and spacious rooms for squad hangs.

Could use a cool rooftop bar to turn up the vibes even more! .

Upon arrival, we were delighted to find a spacious and comfortable room, complete with a handy fridge and a separate workspace. The made-to-order omelette station at breakfast was a real highlight, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We had a fantastic time at Embassy Suites and would definitely return.

Embassy Suites served a top-notch breakfast and offered a late afternoon/early evening reception with free snacks, wine, beer, and mixed drinks, making it easy to save money for splurging on other meals. the 2-room suite was comfortable and quiet, providing a 5-star experience at a 3-star price. the location was within walking distance of popular attractions such as the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, and Grant Park, as well as being very family-oriented.

Was all great 😊

My stay at the hotel was interesting to say the least as a solo traveler. The hotel staff was friendly and always available to assist. The spacious and clean rooms were a highlight, with all the necessary amenities like a flat-screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator. The location was unbelievable, right in the heart of downtown Chicago, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour were a great bonus, providing delicious food and drinks. All in all, Chicago is a great town with lots to do, and the hotel added to the overall experience.

The limited availability of vending machines. You had to purchase a special package to access the candy and pop machines, and the gift shop had unpredictable hours.
